The three people who form the executive management of Enerparc have nearly 50 years of combined experience in the solar power industry. In leading roles in renowned solar power companies, they have been responsible for constructing numerous large-scale solar power plants and have helped promote the international growth of photovoltaics:

Christoph Koeppen (CEO)
Christoph Koeppen, CEOAs the Chief Executive Officer and Enerparc shareholder, graduate engineer Christoph Koeppen (Dipl.-Ing and MBA) is responsible for strategic activities, project execution and the supply chain.

He started in the solar power industry as a project manager and project sales manager at BP Solar. Between 2004 and 2005, he managed the global project development for photovoltaics at voltwerk AG. The following year, Christoph Koeppen was appointed General Manager at SunTechnics where he was responsible for a business division with 500 employees and a turnover of around 300 million euros. At the end of 2007 he moved to Conergy AG to become Director of Global Large Projects. In this position Koeppen supervised the worldwide construction of large-scale solar power plants with a total volume of more than 100 MWp.

Frank Müllejans (CFO)
Frank Müllejans, CFOAs the Chief Finance Officer and Enerparc shareholder, Frank Müllejans (Diplom-Kaufmann) is in charge of finances, human resources and corporate issues.

He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, management consultancy, mergers and acquisitions as well as in structured financing. He acquired his solar industry expertise at ersol Solar Energy AG (now Bosch Solar), where Müllejans was appointed CFO in 2002. He was significantly involved in organising the successful IPO of the company in September 2005 as well as ensuring its further financing until the end of 2006. From 2007, he advised technology-based renewable energy companies in the area of seed and growth financing.

Stefan Müller (COO)
Stefan Müller, COOAs the Chief Operations Officer and Enerparc shareholder, Stefan Müller (Dipl.-Ing) is responsible for sales activities, marketing and business development.

His career of 20+ years in the solar power industry began in 1992 at BP Solar, where among other things he managed the Sales Office for Central Europe. In 2001, Stefan Müller moved to TATA BP Solar in India where he built up an international engineering team. Two years later he was appointed Project Delivery Manager in the company’s European Management team. His responsibilities included implementing and designing large-scale power plants valued at around 200 million Euros. In 2005 he moved to the Conergy Group where, as Managing Director Singapore, he was in charge of all renewable energy activities in Asia and the Middle East.
