Matthias Steege
(Head of Project Mgmt. & Engineering)
Matthias Steege, Head of Project Management & EngineeringMatthias Steege (Dipl.-Ing.) has been working for more than 12 years in the solar power industry. He started his career in 1999 developing technical concepts for large-scale PV plants and managing these systems. In the following 10 years he worked for reputed interational PV companies around the globe before he started at Enerparc. As Head of International Projects & Global Engineering he is responsible for the design and execution of all projects of Enerparc.

André Sandvoss
(Head of Global Purchase)
André Sandvoss, Head of Global PurchaseAndré Sandvoss (BA) has been working for more than 12 years in the photovoltaic industry, much of which was spent in China. As a Purchasing Manager for the Asian market he established strategic alliances and long-term business partnerships. In addition to evaluating and selecting potential suppliers, his activities also involved negotiating and concluding framework agreements. In this role he was responsible in 2005 for a procurement volume amounting to several hundred million Euros and leads the Supply Chain Team of Enerparc since 2009.

Carl-Daniel Bode
(Head of Legal Affairs)
Carl-Daniel Bode, Head of Legal AffairsLawyer Carl-Daniel Bode is highly familiar with the solar power industry. Before working in this business field, he gained varied experience as a practising lawyer and legal adviser for the world's largest mail order company. In 2004 he then moved into the field of renewable energies where he built up a Contract Management department and provided legal support for large-scale international projects. Since 2009 Carl-Daniel Bode is responsible for all legal topics in the Enerparc business.

Arne Radl
(Head of Project Development)
Arne Radl, Head of Project DevelopmentArne Radl (MBA and graduate marine biologist) has been involved in developing renewable energy projects for the last 10 years. After being involved in offshore wind energy for three years, he transferred to the PV industry in 2003 where he worked as a project developer for large-scale national and international projects. The focus of his work was on project evaluation, acquisition and approval planning as well as organising the project delivery for institutional investors. Since 2011 Aren Radl is part of the Enerparc team as head of project development.

Martin Sierig
Martin Sierig, Head of O&M(Head of O&M)
Martin Sierig studied mechanical engineering and production technology and most recently filled the position of key account manager for OEM customers at a major automotive supplier for the last 5 years. He subsequently oversaw the series production and mass production operations in various divisions as the project manager responsible for Southern Europe and North America. Since 2011 Martin Sierig coordinates the project execution of Enerparc and is the head of the O&M team.

Marco Langone
(Head of Treasury & Controlling)
Marco Langone, Head of Treasury & ControllingMarco Langone, with a degree in Technical Business Administration, is responsible for Controlling and Treasury for the Enerparc Group. He was one of the first employees to join Enerparc AG and he played a decisive role in setting up the processes and structures in the finance department. Mr. Langone is the Managing Director of a PV portfolio specialising in structured finance, corporate finance and project finance. He studied technically oriented business administration at the University of Stuttgart where he gained his degree.

Norbert Verlande
(Accounts Manager)
Norbert Verlande, Accounts ManagerNorbert Verlande, with a degree in Business Management, worked for two tax accountancy and auditing firms, specialising in different areas, until 1998 when he moved into industry. In the years that followed, he worked as a finance manager in different managerial functions until joining Enerparc at the beginning of 2013, and since then he has managed the Accounts Department at the Enerparc Group.

Oliver Herzog
(Head of Business Development)
Oliver Herzog, Head of Business DevelopmentOliver Herzog, with a degree in Business Administration from a technical college, has worked in the renewable energy sector since 2004. Initially he spent 7 years working for an international company in responsible positions in the areas of project development and project finance, two years of which were spent in Singapore and India. In 2011 he moved to a consultancy company focussed on PV in India where he was made a partner. Most recently he was responsible for winning projects and for business development on behalf of a Hamburg investment house specialising in renewable energies. As Head of Business Development, he is responsible for international business development for the Enerparc Group.

Ertug Babatas
(Head of International Sales)
Ertug Babatas, Head of International SalesErtug Babatas studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Istanbul, and immediately thereafter he was able to gain practical experience in the field of power plant planning and implementation. In 2012 he wrote his doctoral thesis at the University of Tallin, and joined Enerparc's Business Development Team. As Head of International Sales, he is responsible for winning orders for international projects.
